Slightly change qualified majority (to be consistent with the law).
The actual meeting invite should include the final agenda and everything; and the minimum is two weeks for that.

And obviously any proposals must be sent in a bit before that - I changed it to three weeks, but it's fairly normal to require them to be sent months in advance.
The assumption is that we have at most 10 MAP-leaders in the board, but I didn't figure out how to write that.

It is too late to change the wording, but this should ready "An MA project leader and the deputy need to fulfil" since, joined by a conjunction here, we are talking about more than one person (e.g., consider the same phrase using a pronoun: "they need to fulfil"). Alternatively, one could have said "Every MA Project Leader and Deputy Project Leader needs to fulfil". It is also a bit odd to use "an" at the start and "the" later. Presumably this was meant to convey "An MA project leader and their deputy" (i.e., the two are associated in some way) but that actually doesn't matter in this context. Whether they are associated does not change any of the requirements.

As we do not change the semantics but only compliance with English grammar, for me a last minute change would be possible before the voting. @MartinOtter : what do you think?
(in the future it would be good to get such feedback earlier)

Alternate Board members can be present at every Board meeting, and perform voting
rights in case the non-alternate board member they represent is absent.

In other words: One vote per MAP, right.

A decision on dissolution may only be made after the matter has been
approved by The Board.

The remaining funds will be donated to other non-profit organizations with similar goals as MA.

Should the decision makers be clarified? Board or Assembly?

Too late, these bylaw changes have already been approved.
Hopefully we will not have to dissolve MA soon, otherwise we will decide then ;-)

This was also legal requirement, and I also hope that we don't have to test it.
However, it would seem like a board decision, unless the assembly gave a clear direction.
