missing smoothOrder annotations in Media

Many functions in Media do not have an annotation smoothOrder(n) that would allow numerical differentiation. This should be fixed soon, because it generates many unnecessary numerical Jacobians.

This has been fixed, but not thoroughly tested. For steam properties it does not make sense to use the annotation, so it is not done there. A complete test of that is missing.
