Second public release of the eFMI Compliance Checker, the official tooling of the Modelica Association Project Functional Mock-up Interface for embedded systems (MAP eFMI) for checking eFMUs for conformance with the eFMI Standard.

This release is a pure maintenance release taking care of security vulnerabilities of required packages. It upgrades embeddable Python to version 3.13.9, including the required libraries colorama and lxml to their latest versions 0.4.6 and 6.0.2 respectively. lark is not upgraded and stays on version 0.12.0 due to significant API changes in later versions (version 0.12.0 has no known vulnerabilities).

The release is for the upcoming eFMI 1.0.0 Standard.
