Some thoughts on improving the Extended Fields tab for Users (assuming that I'm understanding what it's for): 1. Change "Attribute" to "Field" for both the heading and the button. It's confusing to use both terms for the same object. 2. Add hover help to the buttons: "Add an additional user profile field"
"Create a container for grouping extended fields" 3. Make added fields appear for all users (or add a checkbox to do this as an option). 4. Adjust the horizontal line – it runs into the Name caption in FF. 5. Change "Name" caption to "Field Name" – maybe change "Value" to "Field Value." 6. Add a longer description telling what this panel is for (the current line refers to editing fields, but doesn't mention creating them) and maybe a note on how to display the extra fields in a doc.

I'd second the desire here for clarity. It'd make sense to call these "Custom User Fields" and to have some way to normalize them in the same way that Template Variables are normalized. It'd be much more useful if you could easily add dropdowns, checkboxes, etc. to the user's profile.
