  1. Add changes for gallery link fix

  2. Make a separate plain_upload action for the plain upload form and use…

    … it to check auth.

We only want to check attachment permission on attachment upload, not view.

  4. Update changes

  5. The content object set in the stash for editing was never used.

We always use page.content in the relevant templates.

  6. Re-implement "insert link" as a proper link to the edit form.

The previous version using internal ->forward produced a bogus edit
page, missing the edit sub-nav bar, and did not respect the split_edit
    cookie.

Also, along the way, I made sure to trim pre/post whitespace from the
    inserted link.

  7. Revert "Add some debugging for path munging"

    This reverts commit 41299dc.

    This was a broken commit.

  8. changes for work in this branch

  9. Add non-computerese descriptions for some common content types.

This makes the attachment display much friendlier (icons would be nice
    too!)

  10. Widen type column

  11. Widen date column

  12. Double width of filename cell

  13. Remove stray <li>

  14. Revamp the display of attachments.

Attachments are now shown in a table.

I removed the "insert content" link, since that generates text for
which there is no formatter. I also removed the associated
    "insert_content" action in Controller::Attachment.

I also made the "view in browser" link only show up for text and
images. For images, it also shows a thumbnail inline in the table.

I removed the "inline" link entirely, since it only worked for images,
and just showed an 800x600 image. Modern browsers will scale a
too-big-image to fit in the window anyway, so this is pointless. I
left the action, though, because it may be useful elsewhere.

  15. The Save buttons are now visible beneath the edit area in the Catalys…

    …t theme.

The CSS still makes havy use of 'px' dimenssions -- more work needed.
