Upload of template deliverable fails in Dutch #141

Hi,

Version v. 2.7.0 (from VM). User language set to Dutch.

Downloaded the existing template (docx) first.
Then uploading this template as a new template fails with "missing description" (purpose was to test the process for creating custom templates).
The screen with the list of templates also shows "[MISSING]" in the dropdown list of the categories.

Creation of deliverables works though.
Switching user language to FR for example solves the problem.

Hi,
yes I admit this is not really clear. In fact you have also to specify the l description in the default language. We'll fix this.

Fix pushed to the master branch.
You can update your 2.7.0 VM. Or get the 2.7.2 VM and also update it. We made some good (minor) fixes recently.
