Describe the bug
When an administrator try to change the status of user (block / unblock the user), the new state is not saved in the database.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Administration > Users'
  2. Click on the 'check' icon to toggle the status
  3. Refresh the page. Nothing changed. Status is the same.

Expected behavior
The new status must be stored in the database. And the user must be blocked or unblocked.
