Subject: [PATCH] chore: Reordered/rephrased privacy settings

Based on TS feedback:
 * rephrased feedback tool part to convey that there is nothing visible
   for the user that will change but that they are just opting in for
   being occasionally contacted for feedback
 * moved auto-updates checkbox up at the beginning so it's less likely
   that users will miss it
