    Skip a collection test before MongoDB 2.4.11

    Also reorders tests and inserts a drop so that failure of this
    particular test doesn't cause subsequent false-positives.

    PERL-619 Fix BSON memory leak on error

    When exceptions were thrown during encoding or decoding, memory would
    leak.  This commit schedules the bson destructors to be called during
    scope unwind (normal or exceptional).
