To fix daily builds, we had to change the URL from which OM 8.0.0 is downloaded, as the file has been removed from S3 by mms team.
We need to use the download center URL instead.
We uploaded a new Dockerfile into our bucket for OM 8.0.0 build, this PR reflects that change in the public repository.
