find_each undocumented #431

find_each is listed on this page: http://mongomapper.com/documentation/plugins/querying.html but there is not information about. It'd be nice to know what the difference is between this and .all or the .each (which isn't mongomapper, right?)

Yeah, the docs need to be fixed. .all loads everything into memory, .each and .find_each load objects in batches (and otherwise are the same, but find_each can take query options). ActiveRecord has find_each but not each.

Plucky::Querying::DSL tells all.
