check_ldap [-4|-6] without functionality

While evaluating the implementation of the [-4|-6] options I stumbled upon that this is not working for check_ldap. f813c74 is placebo for check_ldap so far.
Maybe we could use my_tcp_connect()/my_connect(), but we need to lookup in the ldap dictionary here too, at least for the <base_dn> and .
