GamePad.SetVibration is not Implemented #2079

MonoGame supports the Microsoft.Devices.VibrateController to vibrate the WP8 device for a period of time, but it doesn't implement the Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Input.GamePad.SetVibration function for adjusting the vibration intensity. The function should be declared as follows:

public static class Gamepad {
public static bool SetVibration(PlayerIndex playerIndex, float leftMotor, float rightMotor) {

Preferably this function should be implemented, but if that isn't possible at this time, the function should at least be defined to return false, so as not to break existing game builds.
