Description
Steps to Reproduce
Run program Test.exe (see attachment) on Linux Buster with corresponding Mono (my version is 5.18.0.268). Run the same on Windows 10 (well updated) and the problem does not occur.
Current Behavior
The MMM format on the month seems to add a point to the month. That is incorrect. All mono versions 5.10.0.268 and up seem to produce the erroneous format. It is not observed in Mono version 4.6.2 (on Linux 4.19.66), I have no idea about intermediate versions or where it was introduced.
This behaviour does not occur with the locale en_GB set, it does occur with nl_NL (UTF8) and also with ES, IT and AU.
Expected Behaviour
Never have a point generated in the month abbreviation when using the format 'MMM' under whichever locale.
