kria/teletype feature request: KR.CUE op

i'd like to propose a new kria control op: KR.CUE. specifically KR.CUE x, where x is the pattern number to be cued for playback.

this op, sent from teletype, would work identically to the current kria feature of manually press-holding two buttons to cue the next pattern to be played. this proposed op would be wonderful to have in live performances when juggling a lot of devices all at once, especially when sending commands in Grid Ops mode.

right now, any KR.PAT command sent immediately triggers pattern change, which isn't ideal, especially if kria is for any reason not clocked by TT.
