upgrade FM7 to 2.0 syntax

I added the new syntax and moved the library and preset data into the script folder. I did not delete old presets in ~/data/lazzarello or library in ~/lib/lazzarello.

Is this project still active? Was thinking of sending some PRs but stuff open for over a year with "hold tight" isn't encouraging...
