What does this PR do?

Adds the following operators:

  • | bitwise OR
  • & bitwise AND
  • BSET a b - set bit b in value a
  • BGET a b - get bit b from value a
  • BCLR a b - clear bit b in value a

How should this be manually tested?

Use the operators.

Any background context you want to provide?

CHAOS includes cellular automata, and bitwise access to these values will permit these to be used for rhythms.

  • updated CHANGELOG.md
  • updated the documentation
