All FamixType are at classScope in MooseChef

All FamixType are at classScope in MooseChef
This means for example that the Java primitive type "void" can be returned by a mooseChef
query:

xyz queryOutgoingDependencies atClassScope

there is an outgoing dependency to void, but void should not be at class scope

need to change FAMIXType>>atClassScope and FAMIXClass>>atClassScope
