On page reload Chrome flickers (blank page before new one - takes a millisecond).
It has to do with this:
var element = document.createElement('div'),
child = document.createElement('div');
element.style.height = '0';
var brokenOffsetParent = (child.offsetParent === element);
element = child = null;
it seems. When this is gone - the page wil not flicker.
I have no idea what this does, but hope it can be fixed - I manuallly ripped out the code i needed to get my scrolltabs working (alla tabs Ext Js).
(other browsers don't flicker)
It worked well in MT core 1.2.5.
I commented out the function:
getOffsetParent: brokenOffsetParent ? function()
Hoping this would have been fixed by Chrome. It's an IE check (the code mentioned) so we kinda need it.
