Installation

There are several ways to install Mopidy. What way is best depends upon your operating system and/or distribution:

If you want to contribute to the development of Mopidy, you should first follow the instructions here to install a regular install of Mopidy, then continue with reading :ref:`contributing` and :ref:`devenv`.
