Volume adjustment is delayed #115

When using GStreamerSoftwareMixer to adjust volume when playing music, the volume adjustment affects the music currently passing the volume filter in the GStreamer pipeline instead of the music currently being played. Thus, you often get a delay of up to 10s before the volume adjustment can be heard.

I think the solution i to move the volume filter to somewhere after the queue elements in the pipeline, maybe only for the LocalOutput, as ShoutcastOutput users probably want to adjust volume on the receiving end of the stream instead.

Workaround for users until the GStreamerSoftwareMixer is fixed, is to use AlsaMixer. In the Mopidy settings file, set:

MIXER = u'mopidy.mixers.alsa.AlsaMixer'
