Mixer volume in config #633

Be able to set an initial value for the mixer volume in the config file.
This is useful when using a frontend like Pi-MusicBox, which uses the software mixer, in conjunction with DACs that have no mixer control like the HifiBerry. The current behavior sets the volume at 100% which is a proper setting for waking the neighbours :)
