.visualize() commands do nothing

Sometimes rm -r $HOME/.local/share/jupyter/nbextensions/nglview-js-widgets/ will fix it. One issue is that there isn't great isolation with conda envs + nbextensions, removing that folder if it exits can help.

No idea if this will work but a few more things that might work:
nglview install && nglview enable
jupyter nbextension enable --py --sys-prefix widgetsnbextension

If that doesn't do it, then its likely an issue with not having the "right" versions. We need to figure out which versions we need to pin so that it works reliably.

We should probably look into alternatives or find a way to factor it outside the package - it's a great feature (when it works) but is more of an external utility than a core component
