Overtime tossups read being set incorrectly #119

The overtime_tossups_read value is often set to bizarre values. For instance, in tournament rkHCmfoyz, game Sk4KPJ01G, it's set to 18. If this is user error, figure out why users are confused about what to enter and give clearer instructions. If it's a bug, fix the bug.
