I don't specifically have a problem with this idea, but I have no idea what it's good for. Furthermore, there are a lot of challenges — do cross-pool games just get ignored? What happens if teams in the same pool played each other multiple times? How are carried-over games treated?
I wouldn't have a problem with simply omitting interdivision [sic] games from the table. If multiple games are player, perhaps splitting the cell would work. (These are admittedly edge cases.) Carried-over games would be treated as other games (appearing if and only they are intradivision [sic]).
I find this sort of thing very useful during ongoing tournaments (how have the top teams done against each other and what games are left to play?). TDs might also find this useful to see which games haven't been played.
