"The names of my files (samples) are something like S151_SCH_HI_FsV1_R1...
So the contigs were made based on the _R1 and _R2 at the end, but all of the files are S151 because it doesn't carry over the rest of the name."
Really want name to be something like: S151_SCH_HI_FsV1
