summary.tax (1.39.3) reports incorrect # of sequences #309

Summary.tax prints a message to the screen which reports '0' sequences, when in fact there are sequences present.

Thanks for reporting this. I will fix the screen output.

Screen output is similarly wrong in chimera.vsearch (when calling a reference database).

E.g.: It took 804 secs to check 0 sequences. 32637 chimeras were found.
