Hi mothur,

Four of your BioSample submissions from last night generated errors during processing. The affected submissions are:

SUB2780374
SUB2780390
SUB2780396
SUB2780397

The problem is that there’s a trailing space in the spuid_namespace value. For example:

https://submit.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/api/private/subs/SUB2780397/xml

This has exposed a bug where we’re not quite handling the extraneous space properly. We’re working on correcting that.

Please be sure to remove trailing space from spuid_namespace in future submissions.
