I think the fix is reasonable. I don't know why the RDF/XML is so radically changed, but probably there's some
exciting difference between my version of rapper and the version that was used to generated it. Originally reported by Robert Hall at http://sourceforge.net/p/motools/bugs/1/

The patch makes perfect sense - many thanks Christophe! And I guess you're right for the RDF/XML version - the last time it was generated was in 2007 I believe, so quite a few changes might have made it into rapper since then :)
