It's clearly stated that mout is released under MIT License but it might be good to include a LICENSE.md file, that way we can also add extra info in case we decide to use code that comes from other projects. "Sources of Intellectual Property Included in the YUI Library" is a good reference: http://yuilibrary.com/license/
We should also only use code that comes from a clear license and keep credits on source code and on the LICENSE file (even add it to the docs if it is a copy&paste and/or heavily based on prior work).
