Add upstream remote in setup script

During the French localization event, I saw that one of the complex things people didn't get in the github workshop was the concept of remotes and syncing your clone with an upstream remote repository.

Made we realize we should actually add the upstream repo as a remote when we install transvision locally so as to make things easier for new contributors.
