[feature request] add a "copy to clipboard" button near to locale translation

It may help when you have to copy a string "as if", because you need to use the exact sentence as it is in the interface, this usecase is commonplace when translating little tutorials on SUMO.
Of course the button needs no label, a simple icon is enough.
