Credits page needs an update

https://transvision.mozfr.org/credits/ needs an update, especially the hosting part (now hosted by Gandi.net)

List of code contributors could probably be a link to contributors view on GitHub (always up-to-date)?
We could also mention Travis and some other projects we're using here https://github.com/mozfr/transvision/blob/master/composer.json
