Win8 opt Perma-orange: browser_bookmarksProperties.js EditItemOverlay is initialized

This looks to be a recent thing that is only showing up on the latest pine only for "Windows 8 x64 opt" but is consistently failing when retriggered a few times:

 FAIL | browser/components/places/tests/browser/browser_bookmarksProperties.js | We are editing new folder name in folder tree
 FAIL | browser/components/places/tests/browser/browser_bookmarksProperties.js | uncaught exception

@Standard8's r+ patch looks to fix this test which was consistently failing for us on pine for Windows 8 x64 opt M bc5 and Windows 8 x64 opt M-e10s bc1
