The "Subscribe to Firefox Monitor" dialog is different from the one provided in UI spec #342

[Affected versions]:

Firefox 62.0

[Affected Platforms]:

Windows 10 x64
macOS 10.13
Ubuntu 16.04 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:

Launch Firefox.
Go to https://fx-breach-alerts.herokuapp.com/
Click on the "Subscribe" button.

[Expected result]:

The "Subscribe to Firefox Monitor" dialog respects the UI spec:
It contains the "Terms and Privacy" link.
The "Submit" button is named "Subscribe".

[Actual result]:

The "Subscribe to Firefox Monitor" dialog is different from the one provided in UI spec.
It doesn't contain the "Terms and Privacy" link.
The "Subscribe" button is named "Submit".

[Regression]:

I don't think this is a regression.
