The "Show more" and "Subscribe" buttons are not correctly positioned in the page if the browser is resized

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to https://fx-breach-alerts.herokuapp.com/
2. Provide a valid email address and click on the “Scan” button.
3. Resize the browser so that it has the minimum width.

[Expected result]:

• The "Show more" and "Subscribe" buttons are correctly positioned in the page.

[Actual result]:

• The "Show more" and "Subscribe" buttons are not correctly positioned in the page.

[Regression]:

• I don't think this is a regression.
