"Scan Another Email" button and "Firefox Monitor" link from email report doesn't work #371

Firefox 62.0

[Affected Platforms]:

Windows 10 x64
macOS 10.13
Ubuntu 16.04 x64

[Prerequisites]:

Firefox Monitor email report is displayed in Inbox.

[Steps to reproduce]:

Click on the "Scan Another Email" button.
Click on the "Firefox Monitor" link.

[Expected result]:

[1] The button redirects the user to Firefox Monitor homepage
[2] The button redirects the user to Firefox Monitor homepage

[Actual result]:

[1] The button does not redirect the user to Firefox Monitor homepage
[2] The button does not redirect the user to Firefox Monitor homepage

[Regression]:

This seems to be a regression as the issue was not reproducible a few days ago.

Verified fixed across platforms: Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.13 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64 on 62.0.
