Slight differences in color regarding the breached details provided for each account #380

Windows 10 x64
macOS 10.13
Ubuntu 16.04 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:

Navigate to https://fx-breach-alerts.herokuapp.com/
Scan a compromised account: e.g. test@test.com
Observe the details displayed about the "Breach date", "Compromised accounts:", and "Compromised data:".

[Expected result]:

The details about the date, accounts and compromised data are having a white color (per UI spec).

[Actual result]:

The details about the date, accounts and compromised data are having a light purple color (#999cbf).

[Regression range]:

Not a regression.

Verified fixed on 62.0 on the following OSes: Win 10x64, macOS 10.13 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64.
