Add a way to get all results back. #55

Currently, there is no way to get all the results. You have to slice with a large enough number, which is kind of hacky.

That says:

Though can be set as request parameters, they can also be set within the search body. from defaults to 0, and
size defaults to 10.

which I think is what we're running into. Interestingly, I don't see obvious non-hacky way to get everything. We might not be able to do this without hitting ES twice: once for a count and once for the search results with the correct size.

Gah! This conflicts with django's queryset which allows you to run .all() on any queryset preserving any slicing.
