[Context Menu] Inconsistency on the hover effect between websites ("Manage All Aliases" option) #605

Prerequisites

Firefox is opened.
Have the Private Relay add-on version 1.4.4 installed.
The user is logged with a @mozilla.com account into Firefox Relay website.
The user has no remaining aliases to use.

Steps to reproduce

Access https://imgur.com/signin
Right click on the "Username of Email" field.
From the context menu choose "Generate new alias" option.
Hover with the mouse on the "Manage All Aliases" option.
Access https://www.facebook.com/ and repeat the steps 2, 3 and 4.

Expected result

The same hover effect can be observed on both websites.

Actual result

There's a different hover effect on the websites. On imgur the link changes its color to blue, where on Facebook there is no color effect.
