[Website] The "Blocked" tool-tip is not correctly displayed on Windows #606

Windows 10 x64

Prerequisites

Firefox is opened.
Have the Private Relay add-on version 1.4.4 installed.
The user is logged with a @mozilla.com account into Firefox Relay stage server https://dev.fxprivaterelay.nonprod.cloudops.mozgcp.net/
The user has an already created alias.

Steps to reproduce

Hover with the mouse over the "Blocked" string.

Expected result

The tool-tip is displayed below the "Blocked" string.

Actual result

The tool-tip overlaps the "Blocked" sting.

Additional notes

the issue doesn't reproduce while hovering over the "Forwarded" section.
