Persist this simpler, more disclosive password hint and measure if it improves password entropy:

Make your password a short sentence; write it down somewhere safe to avoid resetting it.

Would be nice to know if recall if also improved, but hard to tell currently I'm told.

If we present copy variations of the password strength requirement for registering users, then we will see a change in password quality because we have observed differences in passwords that are over 12 characters, only letters or numbers, or block-listed passwords via DataDog FxA Content - Password Strength dashboard
