Reset password UX flow results in sign in on a 'sent email' screen

1. in a signed out state or new profile on fx 29+, or in a state where you must 'reauthenticate'
2. click hamburger menu > sign in or reconnect to sync
3. click forgot password in sign in screen
4. enter email of an fxa acct
5. you should see a 'email sent screen'
6. goto email, and click verify email link
7. click hamburger menu > sign in or reconnect to sync

result: you see about:accounts but it's a email sent screen

expected: you should see sign in to FXA

Stop gap improvement in #793 provides a sign in link on the password reset "sent email" page. #787 tracks the work that will trigger about:accounts to transition back to the login screen. Longer term it would be nice that resetting the password in the same browser that triggered the reset would automatically log you back in.
