Make uploading logos on SUMO homepage easier

When adding or updating product logos, we require two sizes (96x96 and 484x244). Adding a square logo is easy but getting a 484x244 logo requires help from either dev or creative because I'm not able to resize it without distorting the logo or making it end up too small. I've been told by creative that 484x244 are unusual dimensions for a logo.

Request: I'd like a way to upload a standard logo (preferably square) without having to do too much customization on our end (i.e. make it error-proof).
