@peiying2 -- When we talked about this before I think you said the strings would be changed per-file. It would probably be best if the URLs were added without locales in them so the sites can auto-detect the best language. Thoughts?

FWIW, I'd be fine with merging all these files "as-is" and then somebody can remove the "/en-US/" from the URLs in a future PR (assuming each target link auto redirects to the correct locale or best available match).

Yeah, I was planning on that, but was hoping @peiying2 would reply first. We'll see if all these PRs get the best of me first. :)
