When I first downloaded Lightbeam it worked great. I haven't checked in for a couple weeks, but thought I would tonight and it's totally blank. It says I haven't visited any sites etc... all while having a dozen tabs open over 3 windows.

I have tried disabling add-ons, but that didn't correct it. Tried restarting after disabling the add-ons, and that also didn't work. I also tried removing lightbeam and then reinstalling it. I'm sorry, but I do not know at what point it stopped working.

I'm having the same problem. I am running the Nightly, which may be part of the problem. But as long as I've tried Lightbeam on the Nightly, it would just sit there and say that I have visited 0 sites. In thinking that it might be a conflict with another addon, I made sure that it was the only addon installed. No adblock, no nothing.

And it says that I have visited 0 sites. Even after I load up eight different tabs.

There are no errors in the console log.

There is a problem initializing Lightbeam, not exclusively on Nightly, but seen more often there. I'm pushing out a fix next week, just waiting on a server change and trying to get a performance improvent in too.

Well for me it's aurora 34.0a2 (2014-09-24) and works this way:

  • opening lightbeam starts with a blank graph view, 100% CPU
  • selecting "i" icon works, graph blank
  • selecting "?" works and magically switches on graph
  • from then on graph stays

But I've never seen lightbeam working correctly, like:

  • list view missing scrollbars (and info windows, too)
  • no filtering whatsoever (apart from clicking on something)
  • list view selection does what? no function seem to work on selection
  • no clock view (whatever it might be, and this is the latest version, 1.0.10.2)
  • no indication where to see the 'crowdsourced data'
  • graph view almost unusable since icons flow away from the center all the time (I drag them there they flow away again)
  • it is generally pretty unresponsive (and this is not a weak machine)

I'm not sure whether I should open 15 tickets for 15 separate issues…

I believe the issues affecting Firefox 34 were fixed in #637. Please feel free to file a new bug if you're still having problems.
