Delete Account Pop-Up Appears Below Screen

STR:

1. Login to webmaker.org
2. Go to "My Settings"
3. Click "delete account"

Expected: Some sort of pop-up mid-screen
Actual: Pop-up appears below screen so you can't see it and don't notice it unless you scroll down.

It wasn't a popup really. It was always meant to be a dialog at the bottom of the screen which is really not a good design... If we can take that same dialog and make it a popup then should make it better and I think that's what you're suggesting anyway :)
