check for github PR's and mark bugs "pending" #45

Okay this is a tall order but it would be really cool to make the ScrumBugs sprint backlog the One Source of Truth for what to work on.

For each project, enter a github url.

When drawing the backlog, check the github project's Pull Requests for any that say "fix bug NNNNNN" and mark those bugs as "pending"

(We already use "fix bug NNNNNN" on MDN PR's to trigger a github post receive hook that automatically closes bugs when the commit(s) land on master.)
