Request for Mozilla Position on an Emerging Web Specification

Other information

The proposal was discussed on w3c/webcomponents#187 by multiple vendors.
Event-based participation was already merged to the WHATWG HTML specification.

We've evaluated the various extensions to the form element in the DOM team (and I've also reviewed the new specification text) and decided to prototype and likely ship these (I've updated OP with a pointer for the form-associated custom elements bug). So this is worth prototyping. As these are in effect minor additions to the XMLHttpRequest (that's where FormData is defined) and HTML Standard it's probably not worth adding a line to the dashboard. Closing therefore, but happy to consider alternatives.
