We're currently using an ID & key for a staging instance of Firefox Accounts. Real production use requires getting in contact with the team to acquire a real ID/key. Let's do that before launch.

Per the bugzilla bug, this is done and I hear that the keys are in ops' hands now. (We don't really need them on the dev side, just as long as they end up plugged into the right env vars on prod)
